Damaged & Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to notify Tile Trader within 48hrs or 2 working days from  the date of delivery. We will  send replacements product/products as quickly as possible. This is usually withing 24hrs.


Excess Product

We will refund any unopened boxes within 30 days of the date of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any perishable items ie. adhesives and grouts. The customer will be responsible for organising the return of the goods to our Leeds warehouse. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the return. All refunds will be made back to the account or card used to make the purchase.


Products Not Required

The customer have the right to return all unperishable goods back to Tile Trader if they are not happy with their selection. The goods must be returned in the original packaging to our Leeds warehouse. The customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. Tile Trader must be notified of the proposed return within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded. All refunds will be made back to the account or card used to make the purchase.


Special Order Products

All items that have been specially ordered through Tile Trader for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
